How do I open up an account and rent artwork?

  1. Prepare a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Art Pic as additionally insured. (sample COI)

  2. Download and sign our Rental Agreement.

  3. Fill out our COD Account Application form or Net 30 Account Application form with your production company info and submit the COI and signed Rental Agreement.

Upon completion, you'll be prompted to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form if paying by credit card.

  1. Sign up on our website so you can order and track your rentals.

You can now start renting artwork for your show.

Is all the art cleared?

All art rented through Art Pic is copyright cleared. We are happy to provide you with our clearance agreement and/or sign any and all clearance forms upon request.

Are all the works on the website available today?

We house over 80% of our online inventory in the gallery for immediate pick up. Many of the works on our website labeled “Call for Availability” can be available no later than 72 hours from the request date. However a good deal of our artist’s are local and can provide availability day of.

Do you ship artworks?

Shipping can be provided anywhere within the United States with the use of your Fed Ex or UPS account. We pack here at the gallery for same day shipments, pending availability of the work. Often times digital files may be provided for international productions varying from artist to artist agreement.

Can I remove the plexi or glass from framed artwork?

As long as the artwork and/or molding are not returned to us damaged, removing the glass should not be an issue. Provided the frame has spacers, our framer will have to repair this for a small additional cost. Please remember to return the plexi or glass back to Art Pic when returning the artwork.

Can I have it framed or reframed?

We offer framing at a very affordable price. Please call us to discuss possible options.

Can I take art out on Memo?

We offer a 24-hour memo period at no cost, provided the work was not used during filming. A restocking fee may apply if you return more than 50% of the works out on rental. Art Pic understands that often times the budget on a project can be tight, depending on the size of the order a restocking fee may vary.

Do you offer Season/Production Rentals?

Season rentals are a very affordable way of keeping artworks on set for an extended period of time, without the hassle of high rental costs. Season rentals are typically billed for 9 or more episodes.

Is there a fee for daily rentals?

No. All of our production rentals are calculated on a weekly rate at approximately 5-10% of the sales price (Plan A).

What are the payment methods and fees?

Payment can be made via check, credit card, cash or wire transfer. A 5.25% Handling Fee applies to all credit card transactions. Client is responsible for any and all charges arising from using a wire transfer. If you have an open account, a P.O. with a Net 30 term will apply.

Do you offer Home or Office rentals?

Yes, we provide art rentals for home and office rentals. It allows you to live with a potential piece of art you might want to purchase or to give your work environment an up to date appeal and added value.

All rights to the art belong to the artist and the work is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. The works are solely for personal use. Rental art may be a tax-deductible business expense.

We have a 1 month minimum and $150 per month minimum. The rental amount is billed monthly. No refunds for early returns. Rental art is fully Tax Deductible as a business expense.

80% of your rental fee is applied toward your possible purchase of any art piece you rent from Art Pic. Art delivery and installation is available at an additional fee. Prior to the pick up, the client must provide Art Pic with a certificate of insurance naming Art Pic as additional insured for the full purchase price of all rented art for the duration of the rental contract.

Do you rent for real estate staging?

We do! All our art can be rented to make your home sell faster. We help enhance your home staging experience with an extra touch of art for the ultimate buyer impression.

We maintain a collection of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, tapestries and photographic works to embellish home and commercial estate.

Do you sell art that was seen on TV?

Yes! You may purchase the original piece of Art from your favorite TV Show and or Feature Film right here through Art Pic.

Send us a screen shot of a piece of art you saw and we will identify if it came from our collection.

Do you offer a private purchase experience?

Yes, please contact us or call us to make an appointment. All art is for sale.

I am an Artist. How do I submit my artwork?

Please send us some samples of your work in a .jpg format and/or a link to your website, along with a short biography and history.
